Shipping Policy

Rhianne Woods Wigs is operated by RW Hair Solutions Ltd.

UK Delivery

UK delivery options are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the products in your order.

Wigs are shipped free of charge within the UK. Smaller accessories may be sent using Royal Mail tracked services, while larger orders may use an alternative tracked service where appropriate.

Available delivery options and any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Processing & Dispatch

In-stock items are prepared for dispatch as soon as reasonably possible. Where an item is a pre-order, custom order or requires colouring, cutting or other preparation, the estimated timescale shown for that product will apply.

You will receive dispatch and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Delivery

International delivery is available to selected destinations. Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, parcel size, weight and the products being ordered.

Some products, including certain liquids and adhesives, may be restricted from international shipping due to carrier regulations. Where a product cannot be shipped to your destination, this will be reflected in the available delivery options.

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes and import charges will be handled according to the option shown at checkout. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for paying them upon import.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and I will help where possible.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to change the delivery address.
