I'd recommend Ultra Hold if you want a stronger, longer-lasting attachment and don't plan on removing your wig frequently.

These A Contour pieces are larger curved pieces, so they're best suited to someone with little or no bio hair and a larger area of exposed skin for the tape to adhere to.

If you have bio hair and only need extra security on smaller areas of exposed skin around your temples or hairline, I'd recommend the Ultra Hold Minis instead.
